MVIZUALS LLC

Welcome to MVIZUALS LLC! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our wedding photography services and any associated services provided by MVIZUALS LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Services Provided

MVIZUALS LLC specializes in wedding photography and videography. Our services may include, but are not limited to, wedding day coverage, engagement sessions, photo editing, and delivery of digital and/or printed images. The specific services to be provided will be outlined in a contract signed by both the client and MVIZUALS LLC.

2. Booking and Payments

2.1. Booking Process

To secure your booking with MVIZUALS LLC, a non-refundable retainer fee must be paid as specified in the contract. The booking is not considered complete until this payment has been made and a signed contract is on file.

2.2. Payments

The remaining balance must be paid as outlined in the contract terms. All balances must be paid before or on the wedding date unless otherwise specified. Payment can be made via the options provided by MVIZUALS LLC.

2.3. Additional Fees

Additional fees, such as travel fees, overtime fees, or additional services not covered in the initial contract, may apply and will be discussed and agreed upon prior to the event.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

3.1. Client Cancellations

If the client cancels the wedding photography services, the retainer fee is non-refundable. Additional cancellation fees may apply based on the time of cancellation relative to the event date, as outlined in the signed contract.

3.2. MVIZUALS LLC Cancellations

In the unlikely event that MVIZUALS LLC needs to cancel the booking, we will offer a full refund of all payments made by the client. Alternatively, we may offer to reschedule or provide a substitute photographer if acceptable to the client.

3.3. Rescheduling

If the client reschedules the event, MVIZUALS LLC will make a reasonable effort to accommodate the new date. Additional fees may apply based on availability and any incurred expenses.

4. Copyright and Usage Rights

4.1. Ownership

All photographs and videos created by MVIZUALS LLC are the intellectual property of MVIZUALS LLC. The client may not alter or sell the images or videos without prior written consent from MVIZUALS LLC.

4.2. Client Usage Rights

Clients are granted a limited license to use, share, and print the images for personal, non-commercial use only.

4.3. MVIZUALS LLC Usage Rights

MVIZUALS LLC reserves the right to use images and videos for promotional purposes, including but not limited to website galleries, social media, and advertising. If the client wishes to restrict MVIZUALS LLC’s use of specific images, a request must be made in writing.

5. Liability

5.1. Limitation of Liability

MVIZUALS LLC is not liable for any events or conditions beyond our control that may prevent us from fulfilling our services, including but not limited to natural disasters, equipment failure, or illness. In such cases, we will attempt to reschedule or provide a substitute photographer if feasible.

5.2. Damage to Equipment

Clients are responsible for any damages caused to MVIZUALS LLC’s equipment by guests or individuals at the event.

6. Image Delivery and Storage

6.1. Delivery Timeline

MVIZUALS LLC will deliver edited images within the timeline specified in the contract, generally within 6-12 weeks of the event date.

6.2. Image Storage

Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up the delivered images. MVIZUALS LLC will store images for up to six months from the delivery date but cannot guarantee long-term storage beyond this period.

7. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing access to event venues and obtaining any necessary permissions. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that MVIZUALS LLC can perform services as agreed upon.
